"Emily and Nick’s own label, named after 14th century theologian William of Occam’s philosophy of “less is more”, with a stylised “ < less than” symbol on the label, very applicable to our minimal intervention winemaking methodology. Having purchased fruit for eighteen years from a vineyard in the south of Heathcote, the vineyard sadly became unavailable. With grapes now sourced from a different Heathcote vineyard, one in the northern part of the Heathcote GI, this is well balanced and forward drinking. It has great colour and intense nose, exhibiting the savoury, fresh red fruits and vibrant acidity, typical of Heathcote Shiraz. Highly drinkable now! 1-by-1 branded cork-taint-free cork sealed." - Jasper Hill Wines

  • Where in Australia you are shipping to (Where rural postcodes obviously attract a higher charge)
  • What in Australia you are shipping (Beer and water for example, are calculated in real time without any additional subsidy. This is because the margins for these products are minimal). Dry goods attract a discounted flat fee of $12 per carton (Calculated by gross weight).
