Beluga Vodka was originally created in 2002 by the Mariinsk distillery. Mariinsk itself was founded in the 18th century in Siberia. In 2022 operations were moved to Latvia and Montenegro.
Every single drop has taken an extraordinary journey: Field-To-Table. Only the finest organic Baltic grain and the purest deep spring water go into the Kalsnava distillery in Latvia, where they create the highest quality organic grain-neutral spirit. This then forms the essential basis for each of the super-premium brands that originate at their headquarters in Montenegro. Exceptional quality underpins the impeccable taste and reputation of all their iconic products, as they are distributed to discerning locations all over the world.
This grain is harvested at precisely the right moment to capture the natural sweetness that is essential to produce the highest quality premium spirits. Only pure, clean water, sourced from artesian wells far below the pine forests that surround the Kalsnava distillery. After careful fermentation, experienced distillers are standing by to coax the purest spirit from six high-quality column stills equipped with copper filters.
Beluga Noble undergoes an additional process of 'resting' for 30 days which helps to smooth the vodka and add beautiful tones. Crystal clear. Almost neutral aromatics reveal nuances of cream and meringue followed by a touch of white pepper. Super smooth leading into an off dry profile with a soft texture followed by hints of wet stone and meringue. Finishes with a delicate pepper burst. Aftertaste is silky, gently warming, dry and super clean.
