A highly drinkable rosé that sets itself apart from the crowd - your gateway to PYCM while effortlessly outshining the usual Provence fare.
This is really good, its spicy red fruits, stony minerality remind you of where it's from. Pinot Noir perfume leaps from the glass, there's great acidity and excellent line and length. A beautifully fine elegant and racy rose with real finesse and excellent character and complexity. Pale yet vibrant pink/red colour on release fading to a classic delicate salmon after 6-12 months in bottle. Small quantity made and we can never get enough of this beautiful wine so don’t wait until summer to grab some of this as it never lasts long.
Majority from 55 year old vines in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune just past Saint Aubin located near Nolay and 15% coming from Santenay. Made by direct pressing an aged in large 2-3 year old barrels and is bottled unfined and unfiltered consistent with the winemaking of PYCM.
Boccaccio Cellars offers real time shipping rates at checkout. These are heavily subsidised rates directly from Australia Post and will vary depending on your postcode.
Unfortunately, due to the ever increasing costs of postage we are unable to offer free shipping any longer. Postal increases have seen the average box of wine range from $30-$60, which can represent up to 500% of the cost of the average bottle of wine.
Your postal costs are calculated on the following factors:
- Where in Australia you are shipping to (Where rural postcodes obviously attract a higher charge)
- What in Australia you are shipping (Beer and water for example, are calculated in real time without any additional subsidy. This is because the margins for these products are minimal). Dry goods attract a discounted flat fee of $12 per carton (Calculated by gross weight).
Pickups on all items are encouraged.
